Cryptobabe #1 : Daphnée Lecerf

In 2011, the porn world discovered Daphnée Lecerf. After a few years off, the performer launched herself as an independent model and met with great success with the arrival of the "passion economy"! In parallel to her libidinous activities, Daphnée discovered crypto-currency and the benefits of blockchain. Her biggest bag, her best call, her favorite crypto, discover Daphne's crypto secrets!

- Can you give us a quick overview of your career in the porn world?

I started in porn in June 2011, Jacquie & Michel was the first production to broadcast one of my scenes. Everything has been relatively fast, I have been shooting and shooting, various parties and so on.
For personal reasons, I had to take a break from 2015 to 2020, and here I am again!

- When did you first hear about crypto?

I heard about crypto currency more than vaguely in 2017. I was an exhibitor at a big Parisian manga show and a co-worker friend had told me about a small investment he had made years before in Bitcoin. He had used the money to buy back his father's restaurant.
That's when I started looking into it, but I clearly didn't have time to spend on something that seemed utopian at the time and completely unreal.
As such, I've only been studying crypto from afar since 2018, following the launch and evolution of UniSwap (among other things), but it's only been a few months since I decided to invest in a Wallet.

- Did you understand right away the interest it could have in your business?

When I first heard about it, to be honest, I thought it was a waste of time. From my point of view, it was more like a virtual currency found in most video games that have a shop in game (Perfect World with their Gold, League of Legends with Essences and so on), I didn't see the point of buying a virtual currency to buy things, which I could already do with real money.
It's only since I opened accounts on content creation platforms that I realized that in our business, we really had a problem generating revenue legally and being able to deposit it in an account with a reputable bank. I had to jump through hoops to open an account with a neo-bank, with crazy fees, etc.

- What do you have in your bag, what are your favorite currencies (besides JMZ, of course)

I have mainly ETH (native NFT), some UNI, USDT, 1INCH, XRP, PKN and SAND

- Is Cum-Unity something you might be interested in? Do you already have project ideas?

Cum-Unity could be a very good way to set up uncommon projects that current productions are reluctant to follow because there is no or little information.
I have 2 big projects in the making, one of which is close to my heart and for which I already made a pilot, I'll talk about it in more details at the launch of Cum-Unity with a concrete example at that time!
I already have a lot of ideas about possible fundraising counterparts, etc. Now I just hope I can convince you to follow me in my very geeky and nerdy world!

- You have a production company with your partner, do you have problems with banks, because of your activity sector?

Our production company dates from 2014, when it was created there were not as many problems as today with the banks. Nevertheless, as we had put it in dormancy the time of my break, the concern must have arisen...
We are lucky to have found a very open-minded advisor who didn't ask us any more questions than that, who simply took our file and that was it. Again, we were lucky!

- What do you think is still holding back the mass adoption of crypto?

I think that in the immediate future, it's still very complicated for a lambda person to acquire crypto, not to mention the fear of investing in something that seems very fuzzy and opaque. Opening a wallet is not necessarily complicated, but it is the link between this wallet and a buying/swapping platform that is not necessarily simple...
And it's still something immaterial in a very materialistic society, I think we're going to have to change the way we think and the way we consume so that it's really open to as many people as possible.

- Do you have any goodies ideas for JMZ?

There are already a lot of nice JMZ goodies! After that, why not think about a physical and virtual NFT, like a limited edition JMZ stamped piece, it's just an idea!

- Did you get into NFT?

Indeed, I am a creator of NFT since recently. You have to know that during my break I took a training on Cinema4D and Blender software, so I was creating a lot of things in 3D. Basically, I did this training to model and print in 3D my armors and accessories for my cosplays.
Recently, I have been creating 3D NFT, music videos, exclusive photos, gifs, etc.

- I know you're into VR, do you see any use for VR in a X metaverse?

Absolutely! This is one of my projects that I plan to present at Cum-Unity.
It's a BIG project and very difficult to implement, I know, but I'm sure it can work! It's up to me to work hard on it so I can create my pilot that I will need to convince all of you!
We sincerely believe that this will be the future of video consumption, X or not!
